Warren S. Bellows, Jr.’s brother, George F. Bellows joined the company in 1947 and served as President from 1979 until his retirement in 1987.

A Family Business

Warren S. Bellows, Jr. joined the company in 1946, becoming President in 1960. He was Chairman from 1979 until his death in 1996.

Building a Texas Landmark

In 1936 Bellows was awarded the contract to build the San Jacinto Monument which moved the company to Houston.

Company on the Move

Warren S. Bellows Founds the Company

Mr. Bellows founded the company in Canada in 1914 and soon moved the company to Kansas City, Missouri. (President from 1914 – 1960; Chairman until his death in 1967)
