This 130,000-sf renovation required extensive use of custom architectural woodwork throughout the tenant space. Stone flooring and countertops were imported from Italy which necessitated creative solutions to allow the floors to be installed out of the normal sequence for this work. Careful scheduling throughout the project enabled Bellows to complete the work on time despite intricate schedule details.
