As a third-generation employee, Ray began his career at Bellows in 1996 working alongside his grandfather, Joe Mancias, on a concrete placement crew. Ray has worked in many different roles with Bellows, including field office manager, estimator, project engineer, project manager, and most recently, project executive. Ray is motivated by the Bellows commitment to client satisfaction, safety, and teamwork.
Outside of work, Ray loves to fish as do his sons, Joseph and Daniel. Out on the water and regardless of the bite, Ray and his boys take advantage of relaxing and sharing stories with each other.
