"Maintaining our unwavering reputation for integrity, excellence, and consummate client service since 1914 is our biggest accomplishment and continues to be our unshakeable foundation."

Personally dedicated to continuing Bellows’ high standards of integrity and excellence, Laura is committed to client service in her leadership role as well as supporting the loyal, expert personnel who are the foundation of the company. She especially enjoys her regular visits to jobsites to meet with superintendents and field personnel as she continues to emphasize Bellows’ dedication to safe operating practices and executing projects with precision.

A native Houstonian, Laura graduated Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University in 1979 with a BA in Business Administration and Fine Arts. She has lengthy experience in the industry as well as previous experience in public relations and writing. She also draws on years of experience serving the Houston community in numerous volunteer leadership and organizational roles.

Laura currently serves on the boards of the Greater Houston Partnership, Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy, and on the advisory board of the Houston Arts Alliance. She also serves on the Executive Committee of UpSkill Houston, a GHP workforce initiative which is focused on closing the “middle skills” careers gap in Houston, and on committees at DePelchin Children’s Center and Hope Village.
