Tim O’Malley

Vice President
Joined Bellows: 1991

“It was while working with former Vice President, Charlie Kubin, years ago as a new Bellows employee that I understood what it meant to do construction the right way. Nearly 30 years later, I remain proud of the reputation we have throughout Houston’s contracting community because I know first-hand that it comes from being honest with owners, being fair with subcontractors, and staying rigorously focused on safety.”

Tim O’Malley’s first project with Bellows was as a project engineer on the company’s Compaq Center project. Additional notable projects include BLVD Place, Phase II; several projects in New Orleans; the international headquarters building for McDermott International; and the International Union of Operating Engineers Training and Conference Center in Crosby, Texas. O’Malley holds a Bachelor of Construction Science degree from Texas A&M University.
